IT Support Levels

Since no two clients have the same requirements, three different Support Levels are catered for:

1. Retainer-based
Designed for clients with frequent IT needs, retained clients pay a monthly fee and benefit from both regular on-site and Remote Helpdesk support, plus scheduled maintenance and regular proactive monitoring, checks and maintenance. In addition, monthly maintenance visits are scheduled.

2. Daily Rate
This option is designed for those clients who prefer to have a number of jobs carried out at once, or for those who have (for example) a significant software installation, or perhaps an upgrade requirement. In any case, jobs are quoted on a day-rate basis or multiple thereof, enabling accurate costs to be established before work commences.

3. Pay As You Go
The PAYG option is designed for those clients who have infrequent IT requirements.
